Phil is a member of the Microsoft Industry Solutions team. In his role as Business Architect he ensures business value from information is defined, measured and achieved. Often engaged early in solution opportunities he clearly defines and aligns the business objectives of a customer to the strategy and solution to achieve them. He has worked globally across a number of disciplines from development, architecture, management and proposition development with a key focus on the data, people process improvements by using data and Artificial Intelligence. More recently, he has been a key member of the Microsoft innovation team working with Amadeus on ways to transform the Travel industry using Data and Artificial Intelligence.
