Paweł Mirosz is a bromatologist specializing in legal advisory services related to food quality and safety. Since 2012, he has advised on food design and commercialization, the introduction of new products to the market, and the day-to-day operations of food businesses, with particular focus on: classification of borderline products, novel food status, the composition of conventional and organic foods (including functional foods and beverages, dietary supplements, and foods for specific groups), labeling and advertising, official inspections and certification, due diligence, as well as national and EU registration procedures. He gained professional experience at the Institute of Food and Nutrition, the State Sanitary Inspection, the Coordination Point of the European Food Safety Authority, and leading food law advisory firms in Poland. He graduated in food technology, human nutrition, and food chain safety from the Warsaw University of Life Sciences. He is a lecturer and the author of numerous publications on food law standards and practice.
