I work as European Financial Solutions Manager at Hyundai Motor Europe, where I leverage over 20 years of experience in the automotive industry. Our target as OEM is to grow Vehicle Lifetime Value (VLV) by increasing the penetration of Captive TCM Products & Leasing, which are key drivers for long-term sustainability and customer loyalty. Before joining Hyundai, I worked as a Chief Commercial Officer at VOOL, a cleantech start-up that is creating disruptive solutions to make EV charging systems dynamic and enable more electric vehicle (EV) charging with the same grid power. I set the business development direction, designed the go-to-market strategy, and started sales expansion beyond the Baltics. I am passionate about fostering people's mobility with innovative and green solutions. Most of my automotive experience comes from my tenure at Toyota Motor Europe, at Toyota Baltic as MD, and at Toyota Motor Russia, where I was responsible for Lexus sales. I developed international experience in sales and marketing, used cars, fleet sales, financial and insurance services, and after-sales. I thrive on teamwork, problem-solving, commercial thinking, and decision-making.
