Nida Raza, an Executive Director Development Capital & Partnerships at New Murabba Development Company, a PIF Project based in the capital city of Kingdom of Saudi Arabia in Riyadh. She is a senior capital markets banker with over 25 years of global investment banking experience. She has worked at JLL, JP Morgan, Islamic Development Bank, Standard Chartered and EY during her expansive career. During her career she has led capital markets transactions for over 100 clients helping to raise US$125bn+ in financing. Over the last 15 years she has specialized in Real Estate asset structuring, development and capital raising, having successfully worked on over 100 assets across the globe from a development and capital raising perspective securing capital of over US$5bn for asset development. Her career has included vast experience in M&A advisory, Strategy, Asset Management, Risk and Investment Banking services. She holds a first class BSc (Hons) in Physics and Space Science from University College London as well as an MSc in International Securities Investment and Banking from the ISMA Center at the University of Reading in the UK. She is IFQ, Series 7 & 63 qualified as well as a registered FSA general representative.
