With 20 years of experience within the tourism industry, Nici Pagels is on a mission to understand the inner workings of travel technology and hospitality management systems. Having worked Internationally in Tour Operators, Wholesalers, OTAs, Hotels and Millennial Branded resorts, her knowledge and understanding of the industry is extensive within chains and independent hotels. Her most recent work in technology, focuses on helping companies become more efficient, improve the online customer journey and support the industry in becoming more sustainable. At Moder, her role is to help the company bring Sustainability to the core of the hospitality PMS and facilitate industry change through Moder's new Holistic Travel Technology platform.
