<p>Nicola joined Standard Chartered Bank as a graduate in the UK in 2009, and has built her career across business and functional roles, rooted in transformation and intentional leadership in service of a better business and better world.<br /> <br /> Nicola&rsquo;s personal purpose is grounded in building inclusive cultures that allow people to unleash their unique skills and reset how work gets done, driving elevated and sustained business value, whilst experiencing joy at work.<br /> <br /> Since joining the HR function in 2016, Nicola has held a number of leadership roles across both business partnering and centres of expertise.&nbsp; In her current role, she leads the people agenda across Standard Chartered&rsquo;s Corporate and Investment Banking business globally and provides HR leadership across Europe, the Americas, Africa, the Middle East &amp; Pakistan, India &amp; South Asia and ASEAN markets.</p>
