Nick Leach

As the Director of Digital Construction at Sir Robert McAlpine, Nick is responsible for overseeing and advancing the delivery of digital transformation nationally across all sectors. Nick is responsible for the adoption and consistency of information management, BIM, digital technologies and innovative methodologies across projects. He has over 25 years' experience working in the construction industry having specialised in digital construction and Building Information Modelling (BIM) for the past 17 years. Nick has worked across numerous Tier 1 contractors throughout his career, where he has played a pivotal role in the successful completion of numerous high-profile projects, driving the digital agenda and gaining experience across multiple sectors. Nick is a chartered member of the Chartered Institute of Building (CIOB) and current chair of the Supply Chain School Digital Interest Program. Throughout the years, Nick has consistently contributed to various industry digital/BIM initiatives aimed at supporting the improvement and evolution of the built environment.
