Hebert Law Center, teaches courses in environmental, natural resources, and administrative law. He holds a J.D. and an LL.M. degree in Energy and Environmental Law from The George Washington University Law School. Prior to joining LSU, Bryner was an Emmett/Frankel Fellow in Environmental Law and Policy at the UCLA School of Law. His areas of research include environmental law in the United States and Brazil; public lands and natural resources law; climate change law; energy and electricity regulation; and theory and principles of environmental law.
