In a career spanning over 30 years, he has worked for both major public transport operators and in the consultancy services sector, gaining experience in over 15 countries around the world.&nbsp; He has advised transport operators; national, regional and local transport authorities; and government departments, providing insights about how best to achieve their aspirations for high quality transport services.&nbsp; Neill&rsquo;s team have delivered transport ticketing solutions for many clients, including Transport for Wales, Transport Scotland, Merseytravel, Transport for the West Midlands, and Ireland&rsquo;s National Transport Authority alongside many other public and private sector customers, advising on credible technical solutions, ticketing strategies, procurement of equipment, and implementation of complex digital solutions.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p>
