Dr. Neerja Chowdhary is a psychiatrist and works in WHO's Department of Noncommunicable Diseases and Mental Health. She plays a key role in advancing the implementation of the Intersectoral Global Action Plan on Epilepsy and Other Neurological Disorders (2022–2031). Her work focuses on developing normative guidance and practical tools to support countries in strengthening their health systems for neurological care.
