Natalia is Head of Asset Management Partnerships for Europe, overseeing performance of specialist operators and external asset managers. She is also responsible for living and hospitality asset classes and supports growth and deployment of capital across debt and equity into these sectors. With 20 years of real estate experience, her previous work includes leadership positions across public and private sectors with IHG Hotels, JLL, Legal & General Investment Management, Asia Pacific Investment Partners and London Borough of Lewisham. Natalia graduated from University of Surrey with BSc in International Hotel Management, followed by receiving her MSc in Corporate Real Estate Finance from Cass Business School at City University of London. She is a member of RICS and serves on several Advisory and Governing Boards of not-for-profit organisations.
