Mohamed has accumulated 20 plus years of experience leading major retail-focused infrastructure projects across the Middle East and Africa. Over the course of his two-decade career, he has been responsible for some of the regions’ most innovative retail, residential and interiors companies. Mohamed previously held a position as Director of Development, of both, the Mall of Oman, and the City Center Almaza, in Egypt, for Majid Al Futtaim Properties. Prior to his roles as a Development Director, Mohammed was acting General Manager for Living in Interiors, a Cairo based company, where he led the transformation of a family-owned business into a corporate enterprise developing premium residential and offices buildings. Mohamed also gained professional experience working as a structural design engineer and head of business development for a portfolio of Dubai and Egypt based companies. Mohamed holds a Bachelor of Science degree, in Civil & Structural Engineering from the University of Cairo as well as a PMP certification.
