After a global career spanning 30 years in the aviation services and consultancy space, including nearly 20 years in senior roles at gategroup, Mike now runs 'purposeful' a niche, independent business clinic enabling and empowering individuals to be the very best version of themselves. Mike focuses on new and developing talent and identifies the ' fit for purpose ' attributes that demonstrate what employability really looks like. He also serves as a Visiting Industrial Fellow at Oxford Brookes Business School and as a Partner at the Hayward Partnership specialising in people centric activities such as search, lecturing, and mentoring.
