A marine geophysicist by background, Mick worked in the offshore energy sector for 45 years before retiring from commercial activities in 2024. Mick has been a chair, director and non-executive director of many companies and organisations and has had a long involvement with the SUT. He has continued with his voluntary roles in retirement and spends his time keeping fit, maintaining his large garden and watching far too much rugby.
