Mike Lordan is a veteran of the life safety industry, with a career spanning nearly five decades of technical expertise, leadership, and dedication to protecting people and property. Mike transitioned into sales within the distribution sector, where he built strong relationships and developed a reputation for delivering customer-focused solutions. His career path later led him into management, where he combined technical knowledge with business leadership to guide teams and drive growth. He then joined Lexington Alarm Systems to further strengthen his expertise and operational perspective. Following the merger of Lexington Alarm Systems with Wayne Alarm Systems more than 8 years ago, Mike became an integral part of Wayne’s leadership team. In January 2025, he was appointed Chief Executive Officer, where he continues to lead with a commitment to innovation, customer service, and the highest standards of life safety. Throughout his career, Mike has been recognized as a trusted leader who values integrity, collaboration, and the responsibility that comes with being in the life safety industry.
