Michael Holligan is the Director of Capital Projects at Just - Evotec, Biologics. Throughout his career, he led and delivered strategic projects that demand rigorous adherence to cGMP regulatory standards, cost and schedule control, and cross-functional collaboration. At Just - Evotec Biologics, Michael was part of the first J.POD® facility construction and led the design, procurement, installation and deployment of J.Train. Michael has been instrumental in advancing the J.POD and J.Train facility template program, a reproducible, cost efficient and rapidly deployable cGMP manufacturing solution featuring continuous and hybrid manufacturing at commercial scale.
