Max leads the Transformation Office at NTUC Income, a leading composite insurer in Singapore. He and his team of venture launchers are responsible for the creation of innovative insurance models such as the first stackable lifestyle insurance - SNACK, rain surge pricing insurance - Droplet, as well as partnering digital ecosystems to create region-first insurance products such as Pay-per-trip micro insurances and true usage based motor insurance. Max also leads Income&rsquos engagement with the start-up community and the adoption of exponential technologies. In the Applied Innovation Institute Singapore Insurance Innovation and Digital Benchmark, which ranked the innovation and digitisation efforts of 25 insurers in Singapore, Income was ranked overall first in 2018.
