New York City Chief Technology Officer Matthew C. Fraser is responsible for coordinating technology-related projects and policy across the city. Under Mayor Eric Adams' leadership, CTO Fraser manages the city's consolidated technology agencies, the New York City Office of Technology & Innovation (OTI), to democratize technology access, improve service delivery, and keep New Yorkers and their data safe.
