Massimiliano is a civil engineer with over 25+ years of experience in the Architecture, Engineering and Construction sectors. He has been involved in the managerial and contractual tasks of major urban, industrial and infrastructure initiatives. For over 4 years he has been Chair of RICS in Italy and member of European World Regional Board. He took part to the Executive Committee of ULI Italy. He has been acting as Managing Director of Arcadis Italy from 2019 until September 2023. Since Nov 2023 he has been appointed as Head of Urban Regeneration practice within Cassa Depositi e Prestiti SpA, the National Promotional Bank, member of ELTI (European Long Term Investor association).
