<p dir="ltr">Marlein is responsible for the global development and innovation of key services (including home deliveries, rental vehicles, click & collect, etc.). In this role, she oversees the evolution of new service offerings to meet customers take-home and delivery needs, while preparing for the future with cities' ever-changing congestion and sustainability regulations for transport. Together with other worldwide IKEA franchisees and Inter IKEA (franchise owner), Marlein and team collaborate to optimize efforts to build a portfolio of services for markets to implement that meet their customers' needs and wallet-sizes.</p> <p dir="ltr">Next to leading our global service fulfilment development and innovation portfolio for the past 3 years, Marlein has many years of experience in senior management roles in e-commerce fulfilment and services with global brands including New Balance and G-Star.</p>
