Marco is deeply committed to urban planning, urban regeneration, and real estate investments, holding a strong conviction in the capacity of the real estate and infrastructure sectors to drive significant social and economic value. In EY since 2011, he has amassed over two decades of experience in transactions, corporate finance, strategy, and international management. Currently, Marco serves as Managing Partner of EY Parthenon Italy, Client & Industry Leader for EY Parthenon Europe West, and Global Real Estate Leader. He holds an honours degree in Building Engineering, is a Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS), and brings extensive expertise in real estate with a focus on integrating urban planning, economic-financial analysis, and market insight. Marco acts as a trusted advisor to investment funds, corporations, and institutions on real estate and infrastructure deal making and execution—including assets, portfolios, UTP, and non-performing loans—as well as strategy development and implementation. He is dedicated to supporting both global and domestic players in navigating transformation in today's complex, rapidly evolving, and interconnected environment.
