Born in Rome in 1975, he graduated in Political Science, with a master's degree in Cultural Anthropology of Islam and Cybersecurity. He began his career in 1999 in the automotive sector before joining the Public Administration in 2002. A technology enthusiast, at the Ministry of Industry, he dealt with insolvency procedures of major Italian companies. In recent years, he has worked in the Minister for Enterprises and Made in Italy (MIMIT)’s Staff, contributing to the initial drafting of the National Recovery and Resilience Plan (NRRP) also dealing with industrial policy focusing on semiconductors, sustainable mobility, and energy efficiency. From 2017 to 2021, he worked in the Office of the Diplomatic Advisor of MIMIT, focusing on business internationalization. In 2024, he joined ITA and in 2025 he was appointed Head of the technical Secretariat of the Minister of Enterprises and Made in Italy. He is currently the Head of the Foreign Investment Attraction Office in ITA. He is the father of 2 children. He has skills in 6 languages, he enjoys practicing motorsports whenever possible.
