Lynne is an ACCA Fellow with 25 years of finance operations experience, much of which has been spent actively leading finance teams through change. A natural systems thinker and technology evangelist, Lynne has been involved in a wide variety of software implementations and change projects across organisations both large and small, and has a wide and deep understanding of the many factors that can influence their success. Lynne led her team to a win in the SME Finance Team of the Year category at the GENCFO Digital Finance Function Awards in 2023, and is currently on contract to Babcock International, leading the implementation of a new rolling reforecast model and process across its £1bn revenue Land Sector.
