Lupita Lombardo was born in Mexicali, BC, Mexico, where she graduated as a private accountant. In Tijuana she worked in social, cultural and public relations benefits and studied social work. She has 25 years of experience as a promotor in San Diego, and she has collaborated with many organizations and institutions such as the National City School District and Sweetwater. She is a folk dance teacher and has been a member of the Visión y Compromiso’s San Diego Regional Committee for 10 years.
