Dr. Lu holds a Ph.D. in Chemical Engineering from the National University of Singapore (NUS) and has over 10 years of experience in water treatment. She has published more than 20 papers in leading scientific journals and edited a book on membrane distillation for water treatment. Her innovations have been successfully scaled and commercialized by local companies. In 2021, she was named in Forbes 30 Under 30 Asia. Since joining Nalco Water in 2022 as an Industrial Technical Consultant, Dr. Lu has focused on enhancing water and energy efficiency for sustainable data center cooling. She is also a Certified Data Centre Professional, Certified Data Centre Environmental Sustainability Specialist, Certified Water Efficiency Manager, and Water Safety Auditor.
