Louise Conolly-Smith is Head of Creative Technology at London & Partners the growth agency for London. She has worked with overseas companies as they expand to London and scale for over 12 years including global companies in mediatech, film, immersive, adtech, and musictech sectors. Previous to her current role, she focussed on supporting rapidly scaling North American tech companies based in London. She has worked at the Design Council delivering a national business support programme and at Business Link as a coach and mentor to high growth companies. She currently sits on the Games London Advisory Board.
