Lily Wecker is the Chief Executive Officer of Aethos, Europe's fastest-growing lifestyle hospitality brand. Aethos operates experience-led resorts and private members' clubs across nine destinations including London, Lisbon, Mallorca, Milan, Sardinia, and beyond. Her career spans consulting, private equity, and hotel operations — she began at McKinsey & Company and Boston Consulting Group, advising real estate and private equity clients in New York and London. Most recently, she spearheaded European growth at Mandarin Oriental, and prior to that oversaw the acquisition and asset management of more than 20 hotels across Europe at Zetland Capital. She holds an MBA from Harvard Business School.
