Leticia Ortiz has been a promotora since 2014, when she graduated from the Esperanza Community Housing Corporation program. She is one of the participants in the “Planning for a Healthy Home and Body” project and has been conducting community education on this topic through Worksite Wellness L.A. She also has experience in projects related to environmental impact of oil drilling in the community, breast cancer, COVID-19, and domestic violence. Leticia is also a breast cancer survivor.
