Leslie Stuart is an international Master Pilates teacher and trainer with over 26 years of experience. She developed concepts like Pure-Pilates, Power/Core-Pilates and Barre-Pilates. As a sports therapist and coach, she advises studios, companies, medical practices and clinics on Pilates, Barre, back health and corporate health management. Her work combines traditional Pilates and ballet methods with modern training approaches. She has been living and working primarily in Germany since 1999.
