Since January 2025, Lenka serves on the Board of Directors of Agile Alliance.</p> <p>At PMI, Lenka oversees the Transformation Management Office, Enterprise PMO, CEO &amp; Board communications, and global Thought Leadership &amp; Brightline teams. She&rsquo;s at the heart of PMI&rsquo;s purpose to maximize project success to elevate our world. She is passionate about redefining project success in a world shaped by rapid change, AI disruption, and the need for sustainable impact.</p> <p>With a career spanning digital transformation, agile leadership, and business growth across Europe and beyond, Lenka brings a powerful mix of strategic insight and operational precision. Before joining PMI, she served as Head of Agile Transformation at a major European bank, where she built high-performing teams, scaled agility across business and IT, and helped the organization lead in digital innovation.</p> <p>Lenka holds a Master&rsquo;s in Computer Science from Charles University, and executive education from IMD and the European Women on Boards C-Level Program. She&rsquo;s a certified PMP, PfMP, PMI-ACP, and PMI-PBA&mdash;making her one of the few leaders who deeply understand the intersection of technology, agility, and strategy execution.</p> <p>Lenka brings a global perspective, practical experience, and a passion for reshaping the future of work.</p>
