Lena Boczkaja is an attorney-at-law, counsel in Clyde & Co Warsaw office and a member of the Energy Team with over 9 years’ experience in energy sector. She specialises in comprehensive advisory for energy sector companies, including in the renewable energy sources (RES) sector. She uniquely combines her knowledge of investment processes with practical experience in real estate law, as well as construction and contractual issues. She oversees and manages due diligence reviews, for wind farm projects, solar farms and battery storage facilities, notably in regard to financing and M&A deals. Lena is equally adept at helping clients in the domestic and EU markets. She advises corporations on market strategies, with particular focus on regulatory issues. She produces analyses and opinions on energy and civil law. Lena also advises on project finance, negotiates terms and conditions of financing for RES projects, and supports investors in contractual issues connected with the construction of RES facilities, project development and the sale of shares in project companies.
