Leah joined Balderton as Chief Portfolio Talent Officer in July 2023. She provides consultative support on strategic people, organisational and cultural challenges for our portfolio companies as they scale. Prior to joining Balderton, Leah spent nearly eight years leading global human resources at Elastic (ESTC), where she led them through 10x people growth, including an IPO and six acquisitions. She has a passion for helping founders think about hiring and developing their leadership teams and scaling their organisations.
