Lea Sonderegger is Chief Digital Officer / Chief Information Officer and a member of the Executive Committee at Swarovski, where she is responsible for the company's global digital business, IT, and Data & AI since January 2022. She has also been a member of the Board of Directors at mobilezone, a leading Swiss/German independent telecoms company, since April 2022. With over 15 years of experience at Swarovski, she brings extensive knowledge in the areas of luxury goods, digital strategy & transformation, and e-commerce. Her expertise also extends to research and teaching at the University of Vienna as well as various projects in the field of innovation and technology management. She holds a PhD in omnichannel management from the University of Vienna.
