All providers bring value to the system and not all share risk equally..... but that's okay! The most important thing to know is that every market and every line of business has it's own nuances. It's to everyone's benefit for providers to try to understand the payer perspective when discussing value based care. This will help providers understand where they can bring the most value. What are you passionate about outside the home and alternate site infusion industry? Eldercare. I sit on the Board of a local senior organization and love to visit and volunteer at local facilities, especially during the holidays. In my free time I like to spend time with my family, golf, play guitar, and play with our rescue dogs! What is your superpower? I like to think I can sit on the same side of the table with anyone to understand their perspective. Common ground serves the greater good and I always try to find the win-win solution. What additional superpower would you like to have and why? I'd like to feel refreshed and energetic without ever having to go to sleep, just think of everything you could get done!
