Lara Walter started her career in the coating industry more than 10 years ago working for a german family run midsized company. She holds a master degree in chemical engineering with major focus on coatings and is experienced in architectural coatings, pigment concentrates and automotive coatings. She joined BYK in 2018 and is in charge for the technical service laboratory marine and protective coatings. In this role, she works on additive recommendations, developments and trends for marine and protective coatings together with her team.
