Kristy Lansdown joined The Crown Estate in 2022 and sits on the Group Leadership Team as Managing Director, Development. Kristy leads our Development business and the teams managing all existing development projects. Her teams’ focus is on delivering The Crown Estate’s £3.5 billion development pipeline, the most ambitious in our history. Ranging from workspace and public realm to lab space and housing, the pipeline will bring huge social, environmental and economic benefits to the nation. Kristy previously worked at Lendlease Europe. She brings a wealth of experience having delivered a variety of large-scale projects across residential, workplace and retail uses, to help create thriving and inclusive places.
