Kelly’s impressive early career as an executive and creative conceptual strategist within the high-profile themed entertainment industry has made him a valued leader in HBG’s national gaming/entertainment and hospitality design practice. Over his 22 years at HBG, he has collaborated with external and internal project teams to help ensure the firm’s market-driven, guest-focused concepts and designs fully align with Owner vision, goals, brand and culture. A natural communicator and relationship-builder, Kelly specializes in guiding the creative process and helping Owners visualize design concepts through the eyes of their future guests. Kelly’s project experience includes multi-million-dollar Tribal gaming developments across the U.S., including the Eagle Mountain Casino in Porterville, CA for the Tule River Tribe; Sycuan Casino Resort in El Cajon, CA, for the Sycuan Band of Kumeyaay Indians; WinStar World Casino and Resort in Thackerville, OK, for the Chickasaw Nation; and the Rock & Brews Casino in Braman, OK, for the Kaw Nation. </p>
