Keara is a Senior Associate in RWK Goodman's Dispute Resolution team, specialising in the Healthcare sector - specifically in inquests and working with health and social care providers to manage CQC and Ofsted inspections, compliance action and to resolve fees and funding issues. Keara has also dealt with investigations by the GMC, GDC, HCPC, NHS Wales and NHS England – including appearing before the Interim Orders Tribunals and Interim Orders Committees – and advising in disciplinary investigations under UPSW in Wales and MHPS in England. In addition to her regulatory work, Keara has provided advice and training on a wide scope of matters including GDPR, record keeping and preparing for inquests.
