With over 20 years of experience in global product development and marketing in 3-axis category, Katsura Kozu has strong expertise in creating a true innovation from scratch and bring it to the market. Starting from consumer and market research, concept and story creation, formula and package development, campaign planning and execution – all can be possible by her passionate character, collaboration skills and professionalism. The most recent accomplishment is SHISEIDO RevitalEssence Skin Glow Foundation, where she took the lead of the project as PD, seeing huge success especially in Japan and APAC, with 62 awards worldwide since its launch. Katsura also has experience working in Paris for Parfum Issey Miyake, and in New York for SHISEIDO which has enriched her vision and creativity, Currently as Global Product Development Director of brand SHISEIDO, she plays more strategic role by overseeing entire brand from product point of view, and leads the brand mid-and long-term strategy planning, portfolio management and operations.
