She went on to supervise 8 dispensaries and 2 cultivation facilities. She later became the Metrc and Compliance Director for 5 cultivation licenses, responsible for overseeing all compliance requirements. She now supports P7’s clients, sharing her extensive experience in operations, including compliance, finances, inventory, staffing, training, and SOPs.
