Karolien De Hertogh is responsible for spearheading United's overall sales strategy in the United Kingdom and Ireland. Having joined United in 2007 as Regional Sales Manager for the UK, Ireland and Belgium, Karolien was subsequently appointed as Head of Corporate Sales, UK, before being named to her current role in 2023. In 2017, Karolien was also instrumental in launching United's women networking group, uIMPACT, within the EMEAI region, leading the chapter as Director. Prior to joining United, Karolien spent seven years at British Midland International, initially as Sales Manager for Belgium and Luxembourg, then as General Manager UK and Ireland, where she was responsible for commercial strategy.
