His role centers on enabling decision-makers to identify and implement solutions that accelerate the energy transition while ensuring reliable power supply.</p> <p style="text-align: justify;">With more than 30 years of experience at W&auml;rtsil&auml; Energy across commercial and leadership roles, Kari brings deep industry knowledge and a strong customer-centric approach. He has played a significant role in advancing Australia's energy transition and addressing growing electricity demand across Pacific Island Nations.<br /> Kari has also been closely involved in power projects in Indonesia, working in collaboration with the national utility. His recent experience includes the delivery of over one gigawatt of dual-fuel, engine-based power generation capacity across multiple Indonesian islands.</p> <p style="text-align: justify;">He holds a Master of Science in Energy Technology and International Marketing. Outside of work, Kari is an active competitive sailor in the Singapore region.</p>
