Kai Kosicki is the founder of ExpAir, an inflight consulting company dedicated to optimizing onboard experiences at minimal cost. With a Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Germany, he entered the airline industry in 1991 and spent over 18 years in middle and senior management roles within the Lufthansa Group. He later led business development at LSG SkyChefs, launching Latin America’s first buy-on-board models and introducing sustainable sugarcane-based equipment. Kai also helped transform Sky Airline into an LCC. Since founding ExpAir in 2016, he has implemented buy-on-board concepts across Latin America and represents leading European suppliers in the Americas.
