I am currently a Senior Digital Engineering and BIM Manager at Mace, leading BIM delivery for the JPMorgan Chase global real estate portfolio. In this role, I act as the Global BIM Lead, responsible for shaping and implementing the client’s digital strategy, driving BIM governance, rolling out Autodesk Construction Cloud across all regions, and establishing global BIM standards and assurance processes. Before joining Mace, I worked as a BIM Consultant at FL Innovations, specialising in digital delivery and BIM strategy across the AEC sector. I supported developers, designers, and major contractors in establishing accurate, auditable BIM workflows and gained extensive experience in project controls, audits, governance, compliance, quality assurance, and BIM implementation strategy.
