Juan Pablo Forno is VP Sales for WESCO International, leading end to end solutions for Security and Life Safety across the Amercias regions. He is a senior executive with more than 25 years of leadership experience in the global fire, security, and building technologies industry. Before his current role, he has held top regional roles with Honeywell, serving as Vice President & General Manager of Honeywell Building Technologies for Latin America, and with United Technologies Corporation, where he led Fire & Security operations across Latin America, including oversight of regional sales organizations and manufacturing facilities in Brazil and Mexico. Earlier in his career, he led physical and electronic security operations in Central America, driving the transition from traditional guard services to technology-based security solutions. His experience spans multi-country leadership, channel development, and large-scale deployment of fire alarm, access control, and life safety systems throughout the Americas combined with security guards and physical security solutions.
