<p>I am working in Acciona for 21 years and I remember from one of my first project in Madrid (Spain) how the owner of the company encourages us to think different and to look for sustainability in our entire business starting in design, following construction, operations and maintenance.</p> <p>Sustainability is an aptitude is a DNA that needs to be built in every organization and needs to be train and be part of the goals of the company.</p> <p>Making this small and big change could bring us a sustainable design that will help our legacy but not adding more cost to the project, simply we need to find the better solution.</p> <p>I have brought some recent samples in our company that making a different solution to the base case or different construction methodology will bring a more sustainable design.</p>
