<p>Josephine Chan currently leads the New Ventures Development team at Hong Kong Science and Technology Parks (HKSTP), where her team manages international government, corporate and technology ecosystem relations to facilitate global innovation exchange.</p> <p>In particular, she is responsible for HKSTP's Soft Landing program that assists foreign start-ups and SMEs to use Hong Kong as a base for expansion into SE Asia and/or China. She has worked with the entire spectrum of companies from FinTech to BioTech, from grassroots ventures to unicorns in Hong Kong and internationally.</p> <p>She previously held the position of Chief Operating Officer at WHub - Hong Kong&rsquo;s largest start up ecosystem builder.</p>
