He has deep expertise in Public‑Private Partnerships (PFI/PPP), with a particular emphasis on structuring bankable insurance solutions that support financing, lifecycle performance and long‑term asset resilience.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>Jon brings a strong understanding of lender and investor requirements, concession‑based risk allocation and the interaction between insurance, financing and operational performance over the life of an asset. His work consistently bridges early‑stage development, construction delivery and long‑term operation&mdash;helping clients align insurance strategies with evolving project, operational and digital infrastructure needs.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>His experience spans the full spectrum of heavy civil engineering, including tunnels, high‑speed rail, light rail and metro systems, highways and major bridges. He is accustomed to navigating complex risk environments involving ground conditions, intricate engineering interfaces, schedule and cost pressures, and long‑term operational considerations.
