Born and raised in RI, John was educated in the trade of carpentry by his father and worked for over 15 years in numerous roles for the family custom home building business. A graduate of Bryant University, John acquired his undergraduate (BSBA) business degree (1990), and MBA in Marketing (1995). He spent 13 years in product development and promotion within the toy industry as a Marketing Director for Yomega Corp. For 9 years John also served his community in North Smithfield, RI as a Town Councilman. He has been CEO of RIBA since 2011.
