<p>Recently stepping away from a senior sales roles in one of big players, into the SME world, attempting to drive to use my voice and actions in an attempt to clean up the industry; changing the behaviour of security buyers (including other security companies!), providers and helping the front line staff get better treatment and opportunity. After a year working in the labour provider world to understand the issues and effect change, but seeing that the large PLCs don&rsquo;t want to change, and are happy to deliver sub-par service for enhanced profit, I made the move to Carlisle, where corners aren&rsquo;t cut, and improving the share price isn&rsquo;t the overriding factor in decision making!</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>Experienced in security operations and solution design for nuclear sites, healthcare, and other public sector and critical national infrastructure locations.
